August 2024 Price Increase.

We have been subsidising the postage on orders for several years, unfortunately this has become to much for the company to maintain. All UK postage will now cost £2.75 for standard post and £3.50 for express.

We will be continuing to use Evri as our main carrier. In the tests we have carried out, Evri has had the highest success rate by far.

We understand that not every one has had a good experience with Evri in there local area. For this reason we are also offering "Not Evri" postage option. The price is higher than Evri for two reasons. Firstly, Evri offer the same services at better rates for commercial quantity shipping. Secondly, replacing lost orders, chasing for answers and fighting for compensation from the other shipping companies all costs extra in time.

What our services mean.

Regardless of the shipping you choose, your order will be processed in the order it was placed. 25445 will be processed before 25446. Our average dispatch times are shown at the top of our website and reflect the average over the previous 30 days. We work hard to keep our times low but sometimes things are out of our control.

Standard UK. This will be dispatched using the 48 hour service.

Express UK. This will be dispatched using a 24 hour service.

Free shipping on orders over £80. They will be dispatched using a shipping service that has the appropriate insurance.
