Yarrow is a lovely wrap dress with shaped tie closures. It can be sewn sleeveless, with flutter sleeves or with darling mid length sleeves that feature a sweet tie. Yarrow has options for a full or partial neckline ruffle. The skirt features simple or ruffled options.
